ACS is a compact wall or floor-mounted
self check-in kiosk specifically designed for the Hospitality Industry.
It allows for your guests to check-in quickly and conveniently anytime
of day or night.
The ACS accepts payment in the form of most major credit cards, providing security for both guests and property owners. The system integrates with your Windows based front desk program to ensure full accounting of all transactions. After a transaction, the ACS prints out a full receipt, dispenses the room key, and informs guests of appropriate check-out time.

- Colour LCD display.
- Presently operates in four different languages viz. English, French, German & Spanish.
- Gives customers the ability to select their choice of rooms (e.g. Smoking/Non-Smoking; Single/Double etc.)
- If applicable, the ACS is also able to provide a parking pass to customers with vehicles.
It allows the owner to accept payment from most major credit
cards.- Validates credit cards in real time.
- After validation of credit card and receipt of payment, only then, the ACS dispenses a room key.
- Provides a detailed receipt to the customer, including room number and check out time.
- ACS can be linked to an internal (i.e. reception) computer and therefore allows full transaction details to be transferred between computers.
- Canadian Standards Association (CSA) tested and approved.
- The ACS can dispense both, pre programmed card keys and original metal room keys.
